The policy overview:
We kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions before booking your appointment. When booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following rules.
Deposit
Clients will be kindly asked to pay a 50% deposit fee for their appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and mandatory to reserve your spot, and can be easily transferred through the site.
Rescheduling/ Cancellation
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling can only be done twice (2x) and through the confirmation email you received, or feel free to contact us for assistance. Cancellations can be made via Whatsapp (+31 642792688). Please note that a cancellation link will not be visible in your confirmation email.
Failure to inform us of changes within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited for future bookings. A new deposit will be required for future appointments.
This policy also applies to appointments where extended time has been reserved. For example, if a “removal and new set” service is booked but the client attends requesting a refill instead, the full fee for the originally booked service will remain payable, as the allocated time was reserved and no amendments were made within the required notice period.
For cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment, a late cancellation fee of 75% of the chosen service will apply. If don't show up and don't inform us, you will be charged 100% for the appointment. These rules also apply for appointments made at the salon + squeeze ins, and the fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
Late Arrival
If you're running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be automatically canceled, and the service will not take place. A late cancellation fee will be added.

We kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. Extra guests, including children, are not permitted in the service area.

We speak Spanish, Papiamento, Dutch, and English. Everyone is welcome, and we will be happy to help! Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Just a reminder
If you have any infections or bruising around your eyes, we won’t be able to go ahead with your appointment for hygiene and safety reasons. Please let us know as soon as possible if this happens, as not informing in time will count as a late cancellation.
How to prepare for your appointment:
- Ensure your face is clean and free of makeup. Failure to do so can affect hygiene and retention.
- Avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment.
- Take your time getting here - rushing can lead to an adrenaline rush and affect your eyes (causing twitching).
- Book your refills on time, ensuring at least 40% of lash extensions remain on both eyes. Anything less will be considered a new set.
- If booking a new set after 4 weeks, a removal (full removal or outgrowns removal) will be required. Please make sure that you book the extra time accordingly.
- Wash your lashes before your appointment to improve the retention.
